Our business is located at 10535 – 150 Street in Edmonton, Alberta. We are a virtual team which means our team members work from their own homes and not at an office space. If you need to get in contact with us, please call or email us, and we can set up a time to meet in person. We are happy to commute to your place of business, or a location of your choosing.

How do we protect client privacy?

We take care to implement internal controls in order to ensure our client’s information is protected. These internal controls include, but are not limited to:

  • We password protect all client information.
  • We are diligent and meticulous about client accounts, completing account-related tasks before engaging in new tasks. This ensures your information is safe and your bookkeeping is accurate. 
  • We promote a work environment that encourages privacy and security for our clients. Our staff is required to complete non-disclosure agreements, in addition to client privacy training as part of their on-boarding process.

Can we go to a client office to work?

Our team works best in a remote setting. This model helps us to offer more flexible, efficient and comprehensive services to our clients. We work extensively with cloud based softwares to collect important information from our clients. For those items that we cannot store online, we are happy to arrange a drop off or pick up appointment. 

In some cases we are required to do some in person work, such as in a financial controllership. Pre-organized dates and times are arranged so your company can plan to utilize our team members efficiently.

What accounting software do we use?

That depends on your needs! We have extensive experience using Sage 50, Sage online, and Quickbooks.

We are a technology friendly team, so if you would like to try an alternative software, we are happy to look into it.
